Sweet Maple Roasted Brussels Sprouts (with an Air Fryer Option)

Ingredients:
1 pound Alpine Fresh Brussels Sprouts, halved
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
2 Tablespoons Real Maple Syrup
1 teaspoon Sea Salt
1/2 teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper
Directions for Oven Roasting:
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Add the halved Brussels sprouts to a large bowl and toss with olive oil, real maple syrup, salt and pepper.
Arrange the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet then roast for 20 minutes, or until edges are caramelized golden and crispy.
Serve with your choice of protein and a starch like mashed potatoes.
Directions for Air Fryer:
Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
Place the halved Brussels sprouts in a large bowl and toss with olive oil, real maple syrup, salt and pepper.
Add the Brussels sprouts to the air fryer and shake into a single layer.
Air fry, for 7 minutes then shake the basket (or rotate the pans in larger air fryers) and roast for another 6 minutes, 15 minutes total.
Serve with your choice of protein and a starch like mashed potatoes.
