Alpine Fresh, Inc is a grower, packer, and shipper of fresh fruits and vegetables. We specialize in seven major commodities - blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, asparagus, french beans, Brussel sprouts and fresh cut. Alpine Fresh owns and operates its own farms and packing sheds as well as partners with the best growers around the world to ensure our ability to meet commitments to our customers 365 days a year.

Alpine Fresh’s mission is to bring fresh agricultural products from our farms to the world, in the most efficient and cost effective way possible, while maintaining the highest quality standards in the industry. We believe in fostering an environment where all of our actions worldwide are conducted in a socially responsible way. The measurement of our success is determined by the growth of our employees not only within the company but within themselves.
Our History
Alpine Fresh, Inc was founded in January of 1988 by two long time friends, Jose Sanchez and Walter Yager. Their vision was to bridge the gap between the growers of fresh fruits and vegetables in Latin America and the consumers in the United States. The company has grown from two people, one pallet jack, a 250 square foot office, to a 50,000 square foot corporate head quarters in Miami, Florida, with over 4,000 employees worldwide. Alpine has operations in six different countries and sales on five different continents.
