Garlic Parmesan Green Beans

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Alpine Fresh® organic green beans

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2/3 cup parmesan cheese, freshly grated

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

  2. In a large bowl, combine green beans with the butter, minced garlic, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Toss to combine.

  3. Spread prepared green beans onto a baking sheet. Roast for 15-20 minutes, until tender, stirring halfway through.

  4. Remove from oven and transfer to a serving plate. Serve immediately and enjoy!
